American Geotechnics teamed with Stanley Consulting, as the lead, has been selected to perform a geotechnical investigation and analyses for a new single point urban interchange (SPUI). The project involves two intersections and a two span bridges having approximately 100 foot spans, piers in the median, a deck that is 185 feet wide and dual on-and off-ramps. The structure is to accommodate increased traffic on I-84, Vista Avenue, and airport access to maintain the viability of this route for commerce and tourism.
