The Horrocks Team including American Geotechnics has been selected by LHTAC to design improvements for Iowa Avenue, a North-South collector near Payette, Idaho. Proposed improvements include a newly paved surface, a center turn lane and facilities for pathways for cyclists and pedestrians.
